At UTR Sports, we stand behind our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
